Let it install. It installs the base game quite quickly on your PS4/XB but has to do a background install for the characters and story mode etc

The servers are DOWN, everything is reliant on Online progress that is why you cannot play stop spamming the threads with nonsense

Story works fine. Only one guy has a problem with it and now "the game is broken". It's probably still installing/downloading but he has no idea.

I don't know what's the problem with this guy, but there are plenty of "always online" complaints all over the internet, not only on this forum.

So everything on mine seems to be installed now but I have no Frost!?! Is Frost a locked fighter?
