I don't see why that would deconfirm him, if anything it would point to him possibly being in if Baraka and the tarkatans are serving him.

Also, do not forget in Raiden's intro with Scorpion he mentions "There is a dire threat that has emerged from Chaosrealm".

Was Havik able to heal others?

Someone mentioned that in Injustice if the gear sets were named after other characters those characters weren't playable in the game... Don't know how legit that is but I hope it's not true. Havik would be awesome to have in this game, revamped with the new gore engine.

I would not base a character being on an intro. Intros are essentially "what if" scenarios.
