I have not had this issue. I live in Indiana, I am hard wired on PS4 with 55mb down. No issues for me.

CHeck your connection, its most likely you. I did have 2 disconnects which shut the server down when i was about to win and i lost my streak cause of it which i was upset about, but im already at grand master and havent had connections issues besides those which were on the maintenance day (not the hours of though.)
