I opened a couple of them using Scorpion's spear to extinguish them with something that was hanging over top of them. Have you found his spear yet? Other than 2, the others I am still working with right now.

Yeah, if you see lights somewhere of which the particles drop down a bit, that is usually the light you can extinguish to open them. You also have to be aware they are not always close to the chest. Some are a bit further away.
