I’m still surprised people put so much stock in that “unlock-able characters” rumor. It’s just not how fighting games are done anymore.

Anyone who believed that there were secret characters like Mileena, Shinnok, etc etc was seriously delusional. NRS said on many occasions there was 25 characters in the main game before the game came out.

This is completely pointless.

That made me spit out my drink. I would ve all for unlocking shinnok after getting the 3 amulets or rain after unlocking every chest in the krypt but people would wine about the gated slow progress and NRS would just sell them the 1 button krypt finish for the low low price of $99 dollars and 99 cents... (For 2 unlockable characters) And people would eat that shit up Like Fortnite skins. Most expensive DLC of all time.

I was really just thinking maybe they meant 25, excluding unlockables. But yeah, that turned out not to be the case, as Frost is the only unlockable character.

Mileena and Shinnok may end up being DLC, like Shang Tsung, as all three were in that leak before the game came out.

I've never claimed she will be unblockable, I said she will be added by whatever means. So you can still GFY until proved otherwise ;)
