Why not both and then everyone plays on whatever console they prefer. Then you have 2 console champs playing on both consoles in the grand finals.

The tournament standard is PS4. Bigger esport shows like eleague or the summit could be sponsored by Microsoft, though.

Yeah but I am pretty sure the vast majority of higher level players either use DS4 or fight sticks, both of which can be used on PS4 or PC but not on Xbox. It seems like Microsoft does have some sort of deal with NRS so I'm curious to see what they will be playing on if they do a MK specific event.
