Ermac because I'm pretty sure they will use his ending as canon for Shang's return.

Reptile because...I can see him sitting out.

Erron Black because he'll probably be the new Stryker as to being in one game, then return in a trilogy/reboot game. Could be wrong tho.

Kenshi has been in every game since his debut in MK.

I like the selections. Especially Frost Li mei and Sereena. Add in nitara and ashrah and its gold. On the guy front wouldnt mind seeing kai,fujin,havik, is say reiko if he can comeback from his death(like say kang and kitana unleash the neatherrealm, yeah mkx was basicly that with Shinnok but still.

Also Noob Saibot needs to be in MK Eleven

Seven New Characters for a total of 30 at the start, 34 total after hidden characters unlocked.

Brand New Unplayable End Boss

I look at that group and I can see how every character could be linked to a storyline with at least one other character.

I could see Fujin leading the MKX heroes against Raiden, Liu Kang, Kitana and the revenants. I can see Bo Rai Cho and Li Mei training Kai, who they believe is the chosen one. I can see Kira pretending to side with the good guys while trying to rescue Kabal for the Black Dragon, now led by Kano's son.

I can see Fujin bringing in Kotal Khan, Erron Black and Outworkd to fight alongside Earthrealm against the Netherealm while characters like Ashrah and Sareena try and covertly subvert the rulers of the Netherealm.

I could also see a fairly intricate plot involving Sareena, Noob, Sub Zero, Hanzo and Frost. I could see an actual canon partnership between Reiko and Havik that's not like the comic, where their goal is to take Outworkd from Kotal Khan.

I could see Jade trying to help Kitana, Shang Tsung returning to help the good guys... Basically, I look at that group above and I can see where the characters would fit. I know it means that some good characters are left out (Baraka and Smoke for cameos and DLC!) but I'd love it if they could focus on a plot like this with a group of characters that actually make sense and aren't there simply because people like character X, so write them in.

It felt like there were several characters that didn't actually need to be on the roster in MKX that made it for reasons passing understanding. Really hoping they don't do that again.

Aaaaaand finally a really COMPLETE and DARK story which introduces the realms and its inhabitants. I mean I wanna see more chaosrealmers (cameos npcs) and seidans and kytinn etc.... to finally have a picture of them how the others look like.
