I definitely think you should, I don’t think you’ll be sorry. I mean there are characters that are not for everyone, and that’s cool... but don’t let her lack of play from others be the deciding factor. I say that not just for Cetrion, but any character. If you have a like or distaste for a character let those opinions be based on your thoughts. The game is still new and naturally people have gravitated towards their classic favs. Give it some time and I’m sure that we’ll see Cetrion more. Once the novelty wears off a little.
When she was revealed, I knew I was going to try her out because she looked interesting to me. I didn’t think, at the time, she was going to be a fast fav of mine. So many took issue with her because they felt she was an Injustice Ivy rip-off. She really isn’t, though. Please though, don’t take my word for it. Experiment a little with her and make up your own mind on the matter. If you stil don’t like her or are unsure about her after that? Well at least you’ll be making up your own mind based on your experience. Like I said, she might not be for everyone (and that’s cool) but you might be pleasantly surprised. I know I was.
