One thing I can confirm that works now is Sonya her Kisses Brutality. And it is GLORIUS

Looks like the main things are stabilization fixes and glitch fixes(RIP severed head glitch).

I can confirm that Geras damage has been nerfed. Not sure exactly how, but before

F2,1,BF2mb,3,BF1mb,D2,D2,F1,1+3,DB4 did 390.08 damage, now it only (still good damage though) does 374.73

I need to try it now. Before i couldn't pull it off. But I hope they also fixed Raiden's brutalities. Two of them didn't work.
