Yep servers are down due to the flood of players, PC players have to wait 12 hours for the STEAM unlock aswell. Glad i'm at work for 8 of those 12 hours!

Could be because the server is down. I’m sure once it’s up you’ll get him. Since the server is down does that mean any progress and anything obtained won’t be saved?

a server error deleted EVERYTHING from my Scorpion's kustom options. he's got nothing not even moves left.. all locked erased and gone... I'm sick...

No their still down for me why put everything on the servers when you can't keep the game up I literally have only access 5% of my game

I don't know what's happening or I don't udnerstand it. I just finished the story but if I go to Kollection, everything is still at 0 as if I haven't unlocked anything yet. If I go to Kharacters, Frost is there and there are couple of skins for every kharacter available but I'm not sure if those were there before or are they new. If I go to local and want to play CPU, all the environments are available as well.

So what exactly is Kollection then and why is everything at 0?

I don't have Frost. She is the only fighter not showing up on my select screen. I have Kahn. Is Frost an unlockable fighter?

Why are we forced to now play games that are bound by servers? Servers crash all the time and if our information is saved on them then we've lost it. Game companies need to throw away their useless servers and allow the players to have this information on their HDD. So far I am unimpressed with MK11.

Frost is unlocked after chapter 4.

I keep getting the same error can’t load the tower of time or Klassic tower

I figured it out I re downloaded my Mortal Kombat 10 and it loaded my data from that game and then I went back to Mortal Kombat 11 and the towers loaded in.

It's been a nightmare for me. I've tested my wifi connection and every thing is legit on my end, but I still have not been able to connect to any of the online modes- which is basically the entire game. I'm really pissed that you have to be connected to the server for even story mode! That's so frustrating and ridicules!

I deleted MK11 and is re-downloading it (for the third time). Boy do I miss the days when you simply just had to toss the game into your console and you were set. Now all this server bullshit- it's frustrating because I can't even explore the core modes of the game, modes that shouldn't even need online in the first place.

Same thing happened to me, only with Kitana. Were you able to fix this, or does anyone else know a fix for this? Everyone else shows 2 skins and a fatality, along with other things unlocked, but with Kitana everything is at zero under kustomization. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, tried deleting the game entirely and redownloading, but to no avail.

Ok, so things are running fine right now.

But sadly, I've spent most of the day trying to get things right now I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow to really spend time...you know...actually playing lol.

My issue was a dumb one on my part. I was starting the game before the update file had finished download and that update file is what has access to the server/online modes. I finally used my head and redownloaded every thing and then installed the file and THEN started the game- you know like I should've done in the first place. So if anyone is having the same issues I was- it's probably that.

However, I'm still not liking the fact that so many modes require constant online connection. That's is still a pain in the ass.

Seriously guys, if I'd known this game was going to require online for everything, I wouldn't have bought it. It's a FIGHTING game. We should be able to, you know, do something we used to call couch co-op. I shouldn't have to go online to unlock skins.

I guess what I'm getting at is F always online, and RIP MK if this is the direction they're going from now on. I almost want my money back.

Jesus woof. Game looked pretty good back in Jan but now that it's up close, with everything that had come out about it and this launch. No thank you. No wonder they kept the public awareness cycle of this so short because all this stuff slowly coming out about it over a year would have hit them pretty hard in the wallet.

So far no go. It's a nightmare.
