I'm not sure if it's just me, but does shao Kahn suck?

Very few mid tier strings makes his combos fairly easy to interrupt

And his krushing blows are (in comparison to 90% of the roster) hard to do, with no better damage than the characters who just do the same move twice

And the lack of balance with the krushing blows seems to make is his slight damage increase pointless

Please tell me if it's just me?
