Shao Kahn won't install for me

So I bought shao Kahn on my NZ account (NZ means New Zealand) but I bought the game on my US account cause it's cheaper for me to do, but it won't install an I cannot use him, is it cause the character dlcs are region locked? I really wanna play him, can anyone help me?, I play on the PS4 by the way

I’d say your assumption is probably correct. The Shao Kahn code you bought may be incompatible with the version of the game you have. I’d suggest contacting WB support and seeing if maybe there’s anything they can do to help.
