If you're playing Kombat League or some other ranked mode, your skins won't show up because the "Tournament" variations are the only ones you can play as. You have to set one of your customized loadouts as default from the customization screen, and from that moment forward, that skin will always show up for that character online. Unfortunately that means you only have access to one skin in ranked mode.
