I beat the story mode 100% through but it only gave me the background for my card for two chapters and didn't save the others or give me frost. Can anyone help? I've literally been trying for 8 hours to get some help

Are you connected online? Apparently all unlocks have to register through the servers.

on Chapter Four, did you play only as Sub-Zero? if not, then it could be problem. replay Ch4 with Sub-Zero for her to unlock.
