Switch not getting premium. What does it mean? Are switch users gonna get the same content as xbox and ps at the same time? I don't kare for the beta.

I am guessing the the Premium Edition is the game with the season pass with a steel case. I would wager the season pass can be bought with the game, so Switch owners would just be missing out on the steel case.
