It's by no means conclusive, and we'll just have to wait and see... but I feel like the fact that Cyrax, Rain, Reptile & Shinnok's powers are tower modifiers does not bode well for any of them being playable.

Also the dialogue in the sub zero vs raiden match made me think that there is a slim chance for Noob. On a side note glad to see the brutalities in the game
