All I know is I hope Sindel's alt is an update of her MKD alt.

I hope every Alt is basically a NEW costume. No more simplistic old costumes for alts. Something badass and new.

I'd definitely like to see Ermac's MKD/MKA primary costume back. That was perfection.

That would be awesome, I dont see why they couldnt do it.
With DLC the limits are endless.

For me it depends. I would really like Reptiles MK2 or UMK3 alt. However, I wouldn't want Johnny Cage's MK2 alt. because it is too similar to his main outfit. So if their main isn't traditional then I would want one from the past.

I would like Subzero to have an alt like his deception main costume or unmasked.

Reptile can have his MK shaolin monks costume, it would look great in this game.

Scorpion should have something new, the UMK3 costume has been done to death.

Liu Kang is in desperate need of a good alt.

I really like Raiden's alt from MKDA. I hope it is in as DLC or just on disc.
I hope all the Alt costumes are new. Also seeing as how they seem to be taking ideas from other fighting games I REALLY hope we get a character edit system where you can change the colors of the costumes, unlocks new clothes to outfit them with and such

I'm the complete oppostie on this issue. I really don't want a character edit system. It would be silly seeing scorpion wearing an eye patch and a cowboy hat. I believe it would take away from the characters uniqueness and detail.

They're perfectly capable of designing a character edit where all the options are specific to the character you're editing instead of generic.

Then dont use the character edit system. Simple as that. Also in other fighting games they dont make the things you can edit on the character silly. They are all edits that make sense for that character

Hahaha that is just awesome! I'm just trying to imagine Scorpion like that. Sheriff Scorpion hah.

Anyways, yea I totally agree that it would subtract a great deal from their individual features, but at the same time, if they decide to do what Razor mentioned and make each person have separate, character relevant edits, then that could be pretty cool.

For Liu Kang's alt, I'd like see something based on his MK4 alternate.
But mainloy I want to see Scorpion have an alt. based on his MKDA alt. Those were some of his best looks, imo.

Jade should be based off her MKD alt., etc.

If it was in I'd play around with it but in the end I wouldn't use it much. I'd much prefer more alternate costumes.

Possibly.

Not sure. Kinda want Sonya's MK3 stuff back.

Ninja costumes unless heavily updated should be off limits though.
