My bro came over and was playing through the story mode, so Id like to start it over and play through it again.

Did you finish it? Because if you did, it will start over when you select it again.

Or if you're on PS3, create another user account just to play Story Mode, then delete it when you're done. It shouldn't take you more than 30 seconds.
