does anyone know if you still get the costumes for kenshi skarlet rain if you skip it?

I am not sure. I did not skip it.

Perhaps you could earn the koins to skip it and see if you get the costumes? Then, if you don't, you can go back and try again at completing the challenge.

I would picture it to be similar with the original 300 challenges all of which I completed though. Is the #150 really that hard? I think that you can do it.
