In MK do we get to a point where we realize there is nothing wrong with costume so why change it? For example Sub-Zero and Scorpion have basically been the same since the 3D days (except for the ice samurai appearance in MKD) and were only slightly changed and improved for this version of the game. A great example for this is Ermac, whose MKD design has been only slightly changed and he looks awesome. A bad change was Zombie Liu Kang. So which character should have never changed from a particular incarnation and should have only been touched up when it comes to character design?

Mine would have been how Smoke and Reptile looked in Shaolin Monks. To me, they looked perfect and only needed small changes if any. I also hope Kintaro looks like his MKSM look and not his MKA look (primary).
