I played today and in the best connections I got like half a second delay on every move I made.

Do all people play with lag and just got accustomed to it or is just me and they have good connections ?

Is there something I can do about this shit and play the game normally ?

I seldom play online, but the only lag I ever got was during the character select.

It's impossible to play online and NOT experience lag.

I do have my laggy matches, but half the time, I get matches that have very minimal-to-nonexistent lag.

The terrible Gamespy netcode is no good for a lot of people. We can only hope that NRS gets better netcode for Injustice.

I've had the same problem at the start screen, soooo fucking annoying!! Even times where I waited a bit before hitting start it would still freeze. Such a random ass problem.

As far as lag online goes, I've been playing online for a very long time and lag is unavoidable. Its really frustrating because people will get away with stuff that straight up does not work offline. Like the constant elbow dashing Reptile players or the super fucking annoying Sheeva players who just do telestomp and then throw over and over again. Wake ups can be harder to execute through the delay and doing a standing anti air can become down right impossible. I feel like I've picked up a lot of bad habits playing online but I do my best to try and play how I would offline (like not being jump happy). You just have to learn to play through it though. At the very least you'll become much better at reading your opponents and predicting their movements since your reaction time is so limited by the delay.

If you're having trouble doing combo's online, just master them offline and it'll be easier to adjust your timing once you're online. I'd say generally you have to input the commands much faster when playing online. Anyway good luck and be patient, the games really fun when you get the hang of it.

I always experience some lag but not enough to really interfere in the match.

The lagg is so much that most of the games I join fail(disconnect).
I can't settle with this lag, I know I can learn to play, but it's not funny.
Offline I'm doing well and do my combos 95% of the time.Online like 2% and those are the better days :D lol it's pathetic.

Anyway, how come I can't choose server ? I wanna play with US for example, but all I get i 2 rooms: one is begginer and one i chaosreal with totall 100 people.

Can I connect on different servers? How can I choose ? I mean only 100 people play MK in EUROPE ?

Some matches are horrible, others are fine. Though even a small amount of lag can greatly change character strategies, punishes, etc. I would go as far as saying that the Tier List for online play vs offline play varies greatly due to lag.

That bit about the Online vs. Offline Tier List is very true.

Lag delays in at least 0.77 of a second:
Scorpion is much more dangerous when played unpredictably. Spamtastic Noob Saibot, Kano, and Reptile are nearly unstoppable. Raiden is S+ Tier.

I'm awful online due to lag.

To the caliber of that I can perform 13 hit combos and play on Expert offline, and do 2 hit combos and get beaten all the time online.

It's ridiculous. I feel like I can hardly move.

I will get Lag online. Every game will have some. Its not ever perfect. Be sure you get a direct line into your system. You don't want to play using WiFi if you are worried about Lag.

Yeah, that's probably why I have issues.

But Ethernet is so damn annoying.

For me, at least.
