I really like how MK team made the fatalities cinematic and brutal. The internal organs really adds a great deal of detail and gruesomeness to the series. One thing I'd like to see in this version of mortal kombat is 'fluent combo to fatality'(made that term up) sort of like killer instinct.

For Example:

Scorpion: It would be cool to see at the end of a ground combo Scorpion fluidly pulling back and commencing the sword slice fatality.

instead of the camera angle changing to the usual close up maybe it would be more effective staying in the 2D perspective like the old mortal kombats.

I can see this being kind of a difficult task but if it was executed correctly and effectively it would add SO much more to the series. I think this game uses a lot of cinematic camera angles and slo-mo to enhance the players experience...what do ya'll think??

This was done in Killer Instinct and were named ''Ultimate'' combos.

It was also how you would finish off opponents in weaponlord. I miss that game

In all honesty, I can't see it adding THAT much more to the series. And I'm kinda against the idea. I enjoy the build-up to a fatality - the screen darkening, the finish him/her sequence; if it were to all run into one combo I think the fatality itself would lose a lot of its impact.

Agreed. The fatality would be nothing without the darkened screen, and the whole fatality itself the way it should be done.
