NetherRealm has leaked some Fatality art, you see one for Kung Lao's Hat Slice, Johnny Cage's Torso Rip and Kano's Heart Rip.

Recently, I have been thinking about this idea around that photo and when they showed off Subzero's classic spine rip fatality that perhaps they will release classic fatalities via DLC. I could've sworn somewhere that Ed or someone from the dev team has mentioned in the past that they will have downloadable fatalities. It only makes sense.

To the people who are complaining about Scorpion's second fatality not involving fire, or not being the toasty fatality (a classic) will probably be a DLC fatality.

So I'm thinking that they will have classic fatalities (3rd) for each character and probably release it in packs just like how Capcom releases alt. costumes for ridiculous prices, or it would be great if NRS can release it in one big pack, but then it would probably be around 300 mb or something of that nature.

If each character has a classic fatality, they should be the ones that are more recognized. I've made a list below:

Subzero - spine rip
Scorpion - toasty
Kano - heart rip
Sonya - kiss of flame
Liu Kang - dragon bite (MK2 style)
Kung Lao - slice in half
Raiden - electric head combustion (MK1 style)
Johnny Cage - torso rip
Jax - arm rip
Baraka - impale and lift
Kitana - kiss of death explosion
Shang Tsung - classic soul steal (or Kintaro morph like MK2! that'd be epic!)
Mileena - swallow them whole, spit their bones out
Reptile - tongue lash head eatter
Cyrax - self destruct
Sektor - trash compactor
Sindel - scream of death (MK3 style)
Sheeva - skin rip
Stryker - dynamite explosion (love when he covers his ears LOL)
Nightwolf - moon beam
Ermac - multi slam (UMK3)
Kabal - mask off and scare the shit out of them

I almost 100% agree with those being THE CLASSICS.

Mileena's and Kabal's are toooooo fake and shouldn't be added to this gory game; Mileena's Nail Spit has replaced the suck em in spit em out along with her head bite off which has been altered already. Kabal's Torso Slice was pretty SWEET and after all the fuss about his Soul Scare Fatality well that was probably the most corniest/fake/silly fatality ever besideds Quan Chi's Neck Stretcher lol. Even though I despise the fact of a drunken-fist fighter like Bo Ro Cho ever being in any MK game, his two humurous fatalities are way better/realistic than either of Mileena's or Kabal's.

Being said I'd have to change these:
Mileena - Nail Spit
Kabal - Torso Slice
Noob Saibot - Scorpion's multi-Scorpion/clone fatality and they all rip them apart piece-by-piece and ACTUALLY get to see it this go around without a black-out (MK Trilogy's biggest mystake)
Smoke (Human) - Smoking Stretcher without the fake stretching lol; something smoking ??? He never had a great fatality worthy-enough to be called a CLASSIC (For the love of God do not give him the bomb-the-world)
Quan Chi - Leg Beat Down
Fujin - Whirlwind Shot
