Im getting confused with all the hints and vague screenshots of characters.

I guess we pretty much know the confirmed character roster along with the 4 (or 5 if you include Goro) DLC characters.

But besides of that i see a LOT of teasing and rumors about Sindel and Rain ??

And i even saw gameplay of Barakka?
I even read stuff about models of Cyrax, Stryker, Smoke and Kabal??

Im lost now... who IS playable? who will BECOME playable? Who is hidden? Are they unlockable? Future DLC? Or just... without reason?
