Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announces Mortal Kombat, the latest iteration of the legendary fighting franchise, has sold over three million units worldwide, making it the highest-selling fighting game this year:

They are going to eat their heart out...

Hooray for the NRS!!

It was only 5 months since release and MK9 is already the best selling fighting game of the year (as of now). I wonder what numbers MK will have by the end of the year?

That is great news, hope they get more sales. I want this game to hit 10mill before the next one comes out.

I wonder if SFxTekken will beat MK in terms of sales. One things for sure, they will get mine.
