I think Scorpion and Sub-Zero were given to those who got the Limited Edition.

They're only avaliable for getting the Collector's edition of Mortal Kombat.

Who knows if they'll make PSN avatars for sale later

Scorp and Subby and the Logo were released along with 2 themes as bonuses for the collectors edition. Nothing else is available. I am anxiously awaiting a Reptile avatar
