I am curious as to the technical name for the flap that covers the middle of Sub-Zero's waist? I've searched all over the internet and can't seem to find a proper name for.

A: "loincloth flap" or just "loincloth". I also sometimes call it the jockstrap.

I've heard some people on this site call it a "pang" but my guess is loincloth as well.
