With the whole time travel thing and going back to the original MKs and changing around the events, Ed Boon has said that some of the events that change could also change characters like different people becoming cyborgs. I know this isn't news to you guys but I've noticed a lot of people stressing their concern on the issue. I'd like to know what you guys think of this possibility and if someone different doesn't become a cyborg ninja, who?

As for me I was just thinking about it the other day and I kind of think that Sub-Zero might become a cyborg. I remember hearing a lot of rumors back in the day about how you can unlock a cyborg Sub-Zero (obviously not true), but we all know how the MK team likes to make rumors a reality (Ermac). I just think right now he's the prime canidate, but I'm not sure how it will happen or which Sub-Zero it will happen to. Maybe the original Sub instead of turning into Noob, he fails to kill Shang Tsung at the tournament but escapes being killed by Scorpion only to return to the Lin Kuei and be punished for failing his mission by being turned into a cyborg. Or maybe the younger brother gets turned into a cyborg, instead of Smoke and this time Smoke stays human.

I don't know these are just random thoughts though. Anyone else with opinions on the matter?
