since this game covers MK1-3,i wouldnt be surprised if the next game would cover MK4-MKD to show what happens during that time to show if things have gotten worse and armageddon is happening faster than before,and the third game could show if armageddon stills happens or if a new threat shows up after watching armageddon end(elder gods ftw!).i personally would like the elder gods to destroy everything due to the realms constantly being threatened and not being able to rely on their handpicked champion to stop the threats for good
