Play against my sindel, and I will show you why Kano sucks.

Lol really? Would.if i could. You really think just zoning with Sindel could stop me even when using a char like Kano that i have little experience with? Zone game is practically all Sindel has and im a master at getting around zones against any char. You wouldnt be able to keep me away. So then you try to do actual combo but my blocking is solid son. I know how every char hits with their moves. Blocking you will be a peice of cake. And you really think shes fast enough to not get hit by Kanos up canon ball? I dont think so.

Im not like most people, im actually a high lvl player that has taken on and beaten multiple tourny players like some guys youd see at evo. Only reason i dont go to evo myself and probably finish at least top 8 is because im poor and cant afford to go....

Anyways seriously like your only chance against me with sindel would be if you catch me when im rusty. In a serious match i wouldnt use Kano just fyi. And you imply Kano sucks? Yeah and he sucks in mk3 as well.... Not like it was years later til he got known to be one of the best in mk3.... Not like same story with Mavado in mkda.... My point is that sometimes one of the best chars gets underrated early on and then it takes years til the truth is realized. Now im not saying Kano is one of the best in Mk9 but i do think he is very underrated kinda like how sektor was or is underrated.

Kano definitely has some good tools, but a lot of his special moves are unsafe. It's good that he has his Up Ball, which can be for a good wake up. One thing that hurts him is that his overhead attack (b + bp) has a slow start-up.

Probably because he doesn't have some cheap stun move scrubs can use over and over again, and also probably because he's not a ninja.

I don't know. He just looks boring to me. Like some laid off dead beat drunk dude with a eye beam.

Because the cannon ball move isn't b,f,4. It would be a HELL of a lot simpler to do this as a combo-ender. Why did they change it from MKvsDC? They did so many things right in that game.

They took his eye laser away.

These are the only things wrong with Kano in MK9.

I think the problem is that, while Kano is a series icon, he isn't most people's favorite. The ninja characters get used more than most characters simply because it's a popularity contest.

Now that I think about it, i'm not really sure. He's a pretty good character. I guess people just don't like him. I think he's pretty kool.
