Would Hara-Kiris returning be feasable?

I was thinking, so many interviewers have bugged Ed Boon about Friendships/Babalities coming back. But what about something coming back that would actually fit in with the dark aspect of the game: Hara-kiris
Seriously, this was a highly inventive "you may have beaten me, but you won't kill me!" concept that got tossed aside amidst the "let's throw in everything AND the kitchen sink" Armageddon and the "T for teen, remember!" DC Universe. However, now that we're back to a "Hard M" MK and we have character-specific fatalities, I think Hara-kiris really should make a comeback.
Now, I know some people will say "eh, they were an interesting idea, but we don't NEED them.", and I can agree. However, I just think they'd be a perfect addition as opposed to Friendships/Babalities returning.
Hell, imagine if they had "Stage Hara-kiris" where you jump to your death (spikes in Pit II, acid in Dead Pool, etc).
I dunno, I just think that this would be a nice final touch. Wish someone could've thrown this Boon's way before E3 ended!
Then again, there is DLC...

Stage hara-kiris would be sweet!
I'm all for Hara-Kiris returning. It adds an extra bit of urgency to the moments following "Finish Him", to see who will deal the final blow. And best of all, it fits the dark atmosphere of the new game.
I do think Toxik is right, though. I'll be fine without them, but yeah, I'd definitely welcome them.

i greatly enjoyed them (ermac smacking his head on the floor is my fave) so i sure would not mind if they came back. i say no to friendships, babalities, etc., as they are too cutesy and they want to keep a dark feel for this game, but suicides would fit right in. hell, they should make a new test your might and call it "test your will to live" and have both players mash buttons and whoever loses ends up killing themselves. this, of course, would cause an uproar all over the news media as they cry about videogames encouraging players to kill themselves. you know how that goes...
About Me
Sex is Evil, Evil is Sin, Sin is forgiven, so Sex is in.
I kill people for a living. Get over it.

Eh, it's been years since MK was "controversial", so I say bring it
So it seems like the consensus is "It would be awesome if they had them! But I may still survive if they don't make it into the final product."
However, I probably would be a pinch disappointed if they include friendships/babalities but not hara-kiris.
