Mortal Kombat: Fire & Ice is the cancelled sequel to Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks . What we make Ice and Fire with Scorpion and sub zero ?.

Don't see the point of this, with them both being in MKSM (unless the narrative was specifically different). They're sworn adversaries, even with everything that went on between them, aligned or not (the timelines?).

I like the idea as a Dynasty Warriors style game.

People ask where Scorp/Sub were during a certain scene, answer, they're off fighting armies of demons like Raiden outside the Bone Kathedral.

Shirai Ryu ain't wholly Netherrealm though. With their source being in the Himalayan peaks, maybe in MKF&I in parts they'd tell how the clan arrived up in these hellacious locations and explore ancestries.

Strange how they'd call it MKF&I when Scorpion's not entirely a fire character like Tanya, Liu Kang, Blaze etc (when Sub-Zero's an entire ice character), they're not equal. Sub-Zero's artistry with a power is more intense than Scorpion's, although they're comparable in strength with Scorpion edging it. Scorpion's (more) about his prowess with the Kunai/Spear so I've never seen Hanzo Hasashi as a fire character, but maybe in moderate periods Scorpion is.
