I've thought of a female Shirai Ryu before, but I'd be tepid about the idea. Sub-Zero already has Frost and we've already got the Kombat Kids. It might just be wiser to focus on making Scorpion the best character you can.

Aqua (you'll see what I see when you look at depictions and MUGEN), not a fan though. He'd have water and fire powers in a Shirai Ryu rank, while having dealings with Shao Kahn. Rain for example has 2 powers because he's a God.
