I LITERALLY just got home from buying a PS4 and MKXL, having been one of the idiots who originally bought MKX on PC. If they announce that they're bringing XL to PC after all, I am gonna be *so* fucking pissed off.

In all honesty, I think the ps4 was a great buy. I bought mine last year solely for MKX, and I absolutely love it! The controllers are awesome and the quality of gameplay will blow your mind. I think you'll be really happy. Forgive me, I rarely post. And I might be high.

I think it's out of Boon's character to start an April fools joke early. Of course we all know he's famous for his annual pranks, but this feels different. Let's hope for something great! I would be satisfied with more skins for everyone. It would be awesome if they somehow implemented a system to change the colors of clothing. Maybe the next mk...

You're not an idiot. Even though I think fighters belong on consoles in general, I love the ability to mod and you can easily do it on the PC, versus having to take apart a console and screw around with it to make your games moddable. It's why I bought MK9 on Steam 2 years ago when it was 4.99 during Winter Sale.

There's nothing wrong with having a PS4...don't give in to the PC Master Race Elitist BS. I mean, I'm a huge PC gamer and preferred it for many years over console, but I love console gaming...there's no reason why you can't have fun with both.

That all being said, it's too close to April Fool's Day to take this seriously. Though, that IS a large update that was just installed. I'm just sitting here hoping it's not "First came Tremor, then came Khrome" considering the fact that Khrome is the background you get for April Fool's tower completion.

Was basically the nerf patch for Kombat Pack 2 characters. They were hit hardest with the "normalization" bat, anyway.

2016 has been a very disappointing year for me as a MK Fan.

Basically this. Out of all the people that bought MKX, I'd be very curious to know what percentage have any real interest in esports.

Yes, my experience playing MKXL on PS4 so far has been 10 times better than playing MKX on my PC. I don't get stuttering or frame dropping on certain stages anymore and I'm pulling off EX moves way more consistently.

You guys should be happy that they are coming out with a season 3 of esports for MKX. The best way of getting better at something is not only practice at it, but watching people that are better and learning from them. You're basically getting a free session from these pros when they play at these competitions as they bring out their best tech to give them the best chance to win.
