But he's not.

Deathstroke is the pinnacle of gratuitous edge, so much so that they made a parody character, that's even worse in his own right.

The only time Deathstroke was actually cool was when he was just Slade in the TT show, which turned him into a better character.

Yep, he is way too awesome. So awesome that Marvel decided to copy him (and failed miserably at it).

Enough with the comic book guest characters, we need characters that are would fit in perfectly in the Mortal Kombat franchise, Like The default Dovakiin nord character from Skyrim would have been a much better choice than Freddy fucking Krueger.

Leave the DC stuff out of this game. I'm sick of DC. I'm sick of superheroes/supervillains in general in this day and age of 5 movies a year with them, TV shows, and now these damn crossovers. I'm opposed to guest characters altogether but I'd rather them pull a character from something new instead of this recycled DC junk.

Deathstroke seems like a good idea imo, as he is among my top 5 favorite DC characters.

I hope the DC universe and Mortal kombat never touch again. When I mean DC universe I mean anything or any hero that's been in something with Superman. I still think this was the worse crossover MK could of chosen. Its like the Freddy Krueger meets the telly tubbies.

I'm not saying other characters/comics that DC is associated with are bad. I just dislike anything thats in that immediate universe. Bat man aside i guess (Frank Miller).

I'm so stoked that a juggernaut comic company picked up Mortal Kombat and I'm excited for the comics and story. BUT PLEASEE PLEASE, dont let those characters ever be on the same selection screen as Scorpion again.

I'm not against Deathstroke, I think he'd make a good guest and be fun to play. But there's 2 things: 1. We can do way better in terms of guest choices. 2. He'd be recycled since he was already in Injustice.

And really, you can't talk me out of Ash Williams. The guy has a fuckin' chainsaw hand and a Boomstick made in Grand Rapids, MI. And let's not forget those awesome one-liners.

Didn't stop NRS from recycling Scorpion into Injustice.

I love Deathstroke he is my favourite comic villian and one of my favourite characters from anything really..but we have him Injustice, so like Scorpion in I:GAU, he would feel underwhelming.

Guest characters are a good chance to include a non-fighting game character in a fighting game because to me its interesting how they make the transition.

That'd be fucking awesome.

Deathstroke would be a great fit! But i don't see it happening only bc the restriction of Death!
