Freddy-ish Character for the next game?

I know you hate freddy, I hate freddy (I dont tho) Everyone and their grandma hates freddy. This isnt really about freddy tho.

Been playing MK. While I know freddy is a geust, he only feels right being a geust. Freddy had always been a lovable villan, but theres sommthing very menacing and actually scary and not quite as campy about his mk 9 apperance (it is not the same model as remake freddy, get over it) I really like MKs freddy. With that said what would you guys think of a serial killer esq fighter in the next mk game.

I know alot of people in mk like to kill for the sake of it (tarkatans) but i mean sommthing that resembles a slasher. One sic ass mofo! Freddy has always been a nice mix of slasher and boogyman. Since mk is all about the supernatural and magic I think a killer like freddy (part boogyman) would work best.

Yay? nay? suggestions (moves, orgin ect.) If your gonna say hell no horrible idea, im fine with that just give your reasoning (i myself realize its a pretty iffy idea that could turn out good or bad)

He is copied wholesale from the remake
all they did was add an extra claw so he can do the same moves regardless of which way he is facing.

How about we put a Teletubby in the next game, but because no one would want that, he'd have an iPad on instead of a TV. Because then, no one would know that he was inspired by a Teletubby.

NO MAN THEY DIDNT lol. Watch the movie, look at him there NOT the same. New freddy looks like a legit burn victim to the extent of some people being offended (THEY LOOK DIFFRENT)

yes the remake version looks like shit
but it's the most recent version so they went with it
whatever.

I'm pretty sure this new mk won't introduce new characters. Probably just reintroduce the characters from MK4. Which i'm glad for. Most MK4 characters were only in one game. Especially ones with potential like Kai or Fujin. So it will be nice to see them with more development.
