I don't know why but my profile stopped leveling up since the new update

I'm on level 60' and I'm stocked there

Not leveling up
Despite that i have played all day long
Still on level 60
Characters and the coins are raising
Leveling up
I have a problem with souls too
Even if I watch the 3 videos per day for the free souls
Not counting
I finish watching the videos but no souls added
What's wrong?
Could someone help me please with and advice or something
I've tried to delete the game and reinstall it a couple of times
But nothing changed still the same issues...!!!...
