How to unlock stuff through mobile

Is there any word on exactly how to unlock things through the mobile game? Are yall just playing it and hoping that you are getting close to unlocks?

If you have the mobile game, go to 'Profile', and then look at 'console unlocks'.

You can alternate between a mobile to console unlock checklist and vice versa. It keeps track for you, though nobody has received Ninja Mime Johnny Cage yet.
