I follow Boon on Twitter and his schtick got old after awhile, to be honest. I'm like Dragnet: just the facts.



22 years on and people still think this happened. It didn't.

Well there really is a debug menu listing in MK1 called Ermacs (short for Error Macro because it is a macro - a command code - that tracks errors) that keeps track of how often the game glitches.

It just doesn't have anything to do with Scorpion turning red. People thought it was a character name because it's directly under the code that keeps track of how many times Reptile has been fought.

I'd like it if more developers pulled a "Jaffe".

Straight up lied about Twisted Metal's (2012) existence before it was revealed. He intentionally misled fans to surprise them. I want to see Boon lie about stuff and have it show up in the game.

Well Boon did flat out say Kiefer Sutherland isn't in the game, because he isn't. He never said he's not voicing a character. Misleading people with simple word play.

We've been doing this song and dance for some twenty years now.

I'm surprised people will still fall for what Boon says.

Gameplay was great but the story lacked content, wasn't as good as TM: Black.

You're wrong. It happens. I've seen it with my own eyes on the arcades.

Eh, gameplay was fine, but single player was obviously shoehorned into the game. Multiplayer was fun...when it worked.

On topic. I am apparently one of the very few that do not mind Boon's trolling.

I'm sick of trolling and easter eggs.

It doesn't make anything better. Ermac didn't mean a thing to me until he became an actual character.

I'd appreciate it if Boon kept the trolling outside of the games.

I dont mind at all, its awesome if you ask me, we'll all be suprised when we get to play the game! BUT BUT BUT, it is time! and the time is NOW to give us a TINY bit of info, maybe about character specific or story related.

Tbh I wish he hadn't revealed MKX untill 2 months or 3 before release!

I've played so many games in my life, but its always the same... knowing a new mortal kombat will come with a wait for almost 1 year its horrible, its the worst wait ever.

Twisted Metal got crippled by it's online problems, Also yeah story mode/actual drivers were lacking.

It was fun though and had a neat little custom thing.
