I'd like to see that happen, but it is unlikey that it will because then important charecters like Sonya, Jax, Kitana, and Johnny Cage would all be dead, I dont think Midway would do that

i think it would be kinda dumb if evil won again next time especially since Konquest mode was built up and Midway said that Shujinko is the next champion. i like the change for evil wins but maybe after the next MK that will happen.

I doubt it will happen... Shujinko kills onaga or at least defeats him IMO

I don't like it...I would like to see kitana killing mileena off once and for all...I don't like Mileena's ending in deception and I don't like the whole kitana-being-evil-thing...so i'd prefer if kitana will be good again...hopefully in the new MK(after SM)

Maybe they should get Kitana and Mileena a new plot, instead of just wanting to kill her... maybe Mileena will become Shao Kahn's queen of Outworld, or maybe Mileena's tarkatan features could be removed by Tsung who needs a complete Kitana clone, then she turns on him (because by removing all Tarkata inside her, evil was also removed) and become ally to Kitana, and I dont know BUT they definatly have another round to fight.

No, the dragon king should not succeed. but that doesnt mean evil should lose. In my opinion, i think raiden should take a more evil attitude. Here is what i think should happen in the next Mortal Kombat.

Sujinko destroys the dragon king and saves earth realm. However, since Raiden saw Sujinko as a threat he killed him. Raiden then decided that people from the earth realm are too careless to take care of themselves, so he takes over and becomes an "emperor" of earth. He sets rules and trains everybody to be a warrior from the time they are children, and anybody who rebels against the him dies. Havik manages to revive shao khan through the power of the dragon kings heart, and shao khan now rules the realm of chaos along with the outworld. Shao Khan then once again set out to rule the rest of the realms. He first attacked edenia. Kitana and sindel knew that with the power of the chaos realm and the outworld, shao khan would succeed. not knowing of the earth realms new law, they traveled to it to warn raiden and all the earth warriors of the new threat that was approaching. It was at this time raiden decided that the only way to end threat is to control all the realms. Agreeing with the earthrealms new rules and raidens training techniques, the order realm's people decided to come into raidens rule and help him beat shao khans army. If Raiden attacked any of the realms, though, the elder gods would take his power away, so raiden decided to use the mortal kombat tournament to beat shao khan. Now the only 2 realms left are competing in the biggest mortal kombat tournament ever. Outworld vs. Earth realm. winner takes all (except for the netherrealm, but i dont think anybody can rule the netherrealm. unless there is a power there that is unkown to us...)

its kind of weird considering there is no "good side " to this. Instead of spliting it between good and evil, it would be split between outword and earth realm. also, in the arcade mode, you would always fight the opposing realms warriers, and the boss would be raiden or shao khan depending on which side you chose. anyway, its just an idea, and i wanted the whole tournament thing to be brought back.

The Dragon King was given too much importance in MKD to be a 1 time evil ruler. We will see more about him and the one being.

Evil will succeed, opening a new plot for Mk7 and a future invasion of earth.

Evil winning would be incredibly lame but that's because I'm a fan of heroes through and through.

i think that having the 'bad guys' win for once was a refreshing change, but I also think it was only effective with Deadly Alliance. Obviously, every game prior to DA had Liu Kang defeating evil to save Earth, which some probably complained made the storyline too predictable and worthless to build up... well now Liu Kang's back (at least I think he is... why else would they release a game after Deception that ties so closely into his story-- Shaolin Monks?... but that's another story/theory)

IMO, the bad guys win scenario is only 'shocking' if not overdone... maybe every few games have evil triumph to build up a storyline.

another reason that Deceptions intro worked, is because Midway totally disregarded any of the endings that had anything to do with the deadly alliance in, er... Deadly Alliance. Examples: Nitara/Cyrax/Reptile storyline obviously happened, because Reptile's body is transformed into the Dragon King, and Nitara and Cyrax are not present in Deception.

now unless the team BSes us again by making 'possible' endings but not a single 'true' ending, then there won't be as much of a surprise... but maybe that's a good thing?

anyhow, i kind of do hope that evil triumphs over good, because after that entire build up of the DK and his undefeatable army, it'd be a shame if he was defeated on his debut... of course, even if he's killed, nobody really dies in Mortal Kombat

nice idea man but raiden is already evil and noob saibot is ruler of the netherrealm now........
