tekken tag is like this?

I would actually prefer a tag team mode within a game as opposed to a separate one ala Tekken Tag. But the thing about tag teams is that i find it would work better if the player gets to pick both teammates as opposed to preselected duos. I would go for the predetermined teams in a separate "story" based mode where you play through a story as Liu Kang/Kung Lao in a Shaolin Monks style story or play as Sonya/Jax in a story where they hunt down Kano that takes place before the first tournament.

I think that Sub-Zero and Smoke would be a greate tag team. Although I was tiered of their friendship, I believe that they would make a greate tag team. Sometimes, having rivals come together works nicely as well. Point in case, the Deadly Alliance. Scorpion and Sub-Zero are a classic example. I'd like to see a MK tag game, or atleast have that option in MK 7. I'd like to see some double tag moves like in DOA and some character specific entrences. All and all, it would be a greate concept.

I would like to see Liu and Kung to kick ass but I also really wanna see sektor and cyrax team up. How about a Goro and Motaro? Or Dragon king and Shao. Well anyways, Liu and kung would probably be the best team. Who would Scorpion be with?

I want the option to allow the player to decide two characters and choose one or two fighting styles for each character in battle!!!!!!Just to be fair and not too powerful.

Now that I think about it, Kahn/Shinnok would make an interesting teamup. In the sense of, "Let's form a temporary truce to kick our former sidekicks asses!"

How about something like a brawl mode... 4on4 etc all in the same arena.

Tag Team Fatalities anyone

Just imagine some of the possibilities with not only moves but fatalities.

I don't think noob and smoke should ever get back together. I think Smoke needs to for one find away out of that dumbass robot suit and two, be kinda good, kinda on his own, like if he was to regain his memory or something.

Plus, I would favor the idea of picking your own teams as well, with like a button that the fighting player could push to switch out characters. Each would have to have their own energy too, not like Noob Smoke's shared energy bar.
