The XL update on console will also include ways to unlock them on mobile.

What are the challenges? Last time I checked the Dark Empress Kitana challenge was still up and Undead Hunter Johnny Cage(Hotshot) was available to buy with money.

I updated yesterday on IOS, but I don't see the mention of it anywhere when you go to unlocks > mobile to console unlocks.. There are no requirements yet for unlocking the 2 new costumes. Is it just me or is it like that for everyone?

Right there in the same boat with ya. I hate Apple products but in this case, having an Android sucks. lol I loathe the day when they (probably) eventually release a mobile exclusive character similar to Static and Darkseid and I have to wait a long few days after IOS gets theirs.

Apple iOS has only version of the same software foe several devices, while Android has to be compatible with different devices with different hardware, brand, software, etc.

So it is obvious that things are easier and quicker to do with Apple.


The alternative would be let the Apple users wait for the Android patch, but that's unfair, I speak as a proud Android user.

I think they send the updates at the same time. It's probably longer for Google to process it since there's a million stupid apps they need to approve thanks to the open platform.

When MKXL hits there will be mobile challenges to unlock them on console and console challenges to unlock the cards on mobile. It's not live yet. The OP is the only one that seems to have seen the mobile challenges (even on the official forum nobody talks about it) but hasn't come back yet.

They appeared for me once but couldn't access them. Disappeared now. Also reading my original post makes it seem like I could access them but they were not available until March 1st. They've also changed the Johnny character name. When I fist logged in it was simply called Hotshot Johnny but now it's Undead Hunter Johnny. Sorry for the confusion or if I mislead anyone.
