If it is Raiden (and it does look like it) who fused Liu's body and spirit together, it is most likely due to Liu Kang having been the MK champion for so many years. Perhaps Raiden beleives he needs other people to follow his ruthless example to defend Earth, what better candidate could there be than the former champion of MK? Liu did not make an almighty screw up like Shujinko did, and hopefully Shujinko's part in MK is over. No offence, I just thought he really sucked, and ruins MKD's plot.

I don't see Havik becoming a boss, but Shao Kahn and Goro have been added, with storylines to the Gamecube MKD. Kahn's explanation is that it was a clone that was killed. They didn't bother changing Havik's ending, so I don't know what will happen with that.

As for the Undertaker in MK, NO! Never! Personally, I don't like the idea of crossing over other characters into MK, and really don't like the idea of a WWE wrestlerturning up there.

I don't think that Rayden should be the boss of the next game. Maybe the sub-boss, but I'm more and more leaning towards the idea of having the top boss unplayable. I didn't like that Shang Tsung and Quan Chi were playable in MK:DA as well as being bosses. I would've liked it more if they had been sub-bosses, almost like Noob-Smoke (although I'm still not sure why they were sub-bosses in MK:D considering that they had almost nothing to do with the Dragon King). I'm hoping that the Elder Gods take physical form and make up the boss of the game, while Rayden is the sub-boss but playable. That would be cool to me.

Honestly, Havik was my least favorite character in MK:D by far. He was probably the coolest looking MK character to come along since MK2, and the MK team had to ruin him by giving him 2 styles from MK:DA and some of the lamest, dumbest moves I've ever seen. Couple that with a story that I honestly couldn't care less about (I really hope they scrap the order versus chaos storyline, it was awful and the characters in it were terrible) and he turned out to be the most disappointing thing about MK:D in my opinion.

As for Khan being the boss? I wouldn't mind that. He's always been one of my favorite characters. But I'd rather see him as a playable character. A character that got his ass kicked in the last game, but returns, smaller and less emperor-like. A schemer in the backgrounds who's looking for any way to get his power back. I would dig that.

And the Undertaker? I like where you're going as far as wanting a character that has his look. The hat, the trench coat, etc. He definitely looks like a character that's tailor made for MK. That said, I would never want to see a wrestler from the WWE in an MK game. Ever. The MK team could do something that's similar to his style and I'd definitely be fine with that, but that would be as far as it goes.

Well u see although the undertaker is a wrestler( and i know its all fake but its still cool) he has that dark aura. He has what it takes to be in MK. And maybe your right about having them making a character similar to him but i still thought it would be cool becuz he has been my favorite wrestler ever since i was 5 and i would love to see him actually kill somebody, in a game that is. And if you really thought about it its not a bad idea. He could be the grim reaper or something and he might be apointed by the elder gods to aid in the quest to stop the One Being from awakening or something.

And speaking of which, you mean to tell me that all the bad guys in mk have been subconciously controlled by this thing?

ANd as for Havik i agree i thought he was a prick. But a prick is a good thing to kill in MK

And if the One Being has been controlling Kahn and Onaga then he has to be controlling Raiden

I think a subconscious influence on every evil threat of the timeline would be an awesome twist! Think of it... Everyone is basically like pawns, and the Elder Gods would have known this yet they are also powerless to the manipulation of the Great Dragon.
It was definitely the clone of Shao Kahn which died in the palace, and that means (according to the images in Havik's Ending) that Havik has indeed resurrected the false Emperor... Unless his Ending is cancelled by Kabal slaying him. Either one has to exist otherwise both of their roles in Deception were unconcluded.
If Havik suceeded, this means double trouble for the good guys -- though I can't see the actual need for the real Shao Kahn. If it is a clone, it must surely possess the strength and power of the original! An abstract result of this would be a tag-team of two Kahns (Possibly fighting side-by-side... Eep)!
Any idea at this point is valid, though. If I ran Midway, I would throw some kind of a bone at us for waiting all this time.

Ok here it is my ideas hit me back if you like them

1. You actually take part in the MK tournament

2. Create and edit people close, moves, voice kinda like tony hawk under ground

3. Raiden is kinda evil and kinda good you dont know and never will (heheheheh)

4. Your coach or trainer is someone that turns on you at the end and you dont expect it maybe shujinko as an example

5. Konquest mode Longer better challage who you want when you want to kombat

6. May be own falaity maker and own combo maker

7. Bigger moves more dammage

8. Pick a teamate for a type of tag team kinda like in old MK when you 1st guy dies you next person jumps in and when you wana switch it up hit select (PS2)

9. (I cant belive im saying this) MORE VOICE OVERS AND MOVIE SECENCS (I'm sorry)

10. Better Fatalitys better combos more players more moves better graphics less of a blood squirt trust me i love that as much as the next guy but when you punch someone in the face blood inst souposed to squirt out of the wrist

11. More dammaged shown and hurting a part of the body for less pain inflicted on you = more attacks to the legs mean kick attacks wont do as much as the used to = head dammage special moves wont hurt as muchc

12. THE GAME IS NOT BASED ARROUND ONE CHARACTER (SCOPRION) AND ITS NOT ONLY ABOUT YOU

13. Decision makeing like a rpg. EXAMPLE = Raiden comes up to you "Hey wana partner up for a tag kombat?" YES - NO

14. My last idea I can think of - The story mode is never the same what you do reflects on the out come and its never the same boss
