Life and my wife and child brought back from the dead. I did everything in life for them and maybe now I could finally have what I want. What I need. The Elder Gods have granted me my human soul as a reward for saving the realms. I have taken it. Though the thought of revenge still weighs heavily on my mind. And news has reached me that Quan Chi has returned from the dead. The Elder Gods are granting me the chance to head after Quan Chi and his new master Shao Kahn as my new mission as their champion. But something is following me. Something from the past....


Liu Kang

For many years I have been the Mortal Kombat champion, but one day I was confronted by Shang Tsung. I fought with the evil soceror and nearly won until Quan Chi attacked me from behind. Shang Tsung killed me and consumed my soul. But my soul was freed when Raiden's blast killed Shang Tsung. My friends had been enslaved by the Dragon King and my body was causing havik. With the help of Ermac I freed my friends and went after my body. Raiden resurrected me by merging my spirit and body into one. Raiden was not the same being I knew as he is now angry and reckless. He killed Shujinko, the hero of the battle with the Dragon King and now threatens all the realms. I have learned of Shao Kahn's return and I along with the Wind God Fujin will lead Earthrealm's champions into battle to stop Shao Kahn once and for all. When I meet with Raiden, I may have to kill him, but will I be able to kill the one who mentored me to become champion of Mortal Kombat? Only time will tell.

I have grown tired of mortal's incompetence. I will take matters into my hands to dispose of any and all threats to Earthrealm. Shujinko is dead by my hand. That he was the one who killed the Dragon King is of no importance, he was part of the threat to Earthrealm, he had to pay for his foolish mistake. I resurrected Liu Kang, Earthrealm's greatest hero in hopes that he will join me in disposing of all threats. Though I do not know if he will join me. I did it so Earthrealm could be protected, but now I am hearing that I myself am a threat to the realm. Can't these foolish mortals understand? I have Shao Kahn has returned and I will go and deal with him. Perhaps though the only way I can keep any threats from ever occuring on Earthrealm is for me to become... the One Being.

I was the first to discover my best friend Liu Kang's body and upon learning that it was Shang Tsung who delivered the fatal blow, I vowed revenge. I traveled to Earthrealm, I received extensive training with Master Bo Rai Cho. In the end, my skills just weren't enough as I was killed by the Deadly Alliance. Onaga brought me back to life as his slave. I served under him for a while until I was freed by Liu Kang's spirit. Liu Kang has suddenly returned to life and I couldn't be happier. But Raiden is out of control and Shao Kahn is rising back into power. And Goro has returned to his side. Goro and I once made peace but that has been broken, now I must fight him to avenge my ancestor. Goro will pay....
