E3 is in July, and the last time that I checked the releasing date for MK8 was November 2008... seriously, ¿wtf with E3? E3 was dead since 2006, actually Games Convention > Tokio Games Show > "E3"...

E3 is still alive. It's just not the carnival it used to be. MK will almost certainly be there just like previous E3s. MK8 will be far along enough in development that a playable version could potentially be shown or played. Before then you might get some odd screenshots or a trailer that doesn't show off anything - in other words nothing important and stuff that is only intended to build hype.

Well genius... THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT!!! GAME'S NAME, RENDERS, SKETCHES, FEW SCREENSHOTS, A TEASER TRAILER, SOME INFO... I don't care if the first "big content news" was in the Midway's April Event, in E3, in a magazine... but now, I want the FIRST BASIC THINGS!!!

The march cover was unveiled yesterday at gameinformer.com so it looks like were in for a longer wait.

Not sure about next month but there will be some MK8 info in future issues

Got the new issue today with the Aliens game on the cover, no news. Sorry, we gotta wait some more!

I'm starting to get the feeling that MK8 won't be due this year. The lack of information is just not giving us any hope or proof that something is being made. I say it's a bit too late now to reveal anything that would be released as early as this November. The timeframe is just not cutting it.

Hell, Midway's own staff (outside of the MK production team) doesn't have a clue that the game is even in production. I'm not holding my breath for news anymore, whenever it happens I'll just be happy then.

my honest opinion is the first news will appear 3 months before the game comes out.

if e3 is in july, that is a VERY safe bet. if not, then august for sure.

What about another magazine????....and do you remember the Baraka render for MK:D?? that pic was given from someone inside MIdway to MKOnline if i rememeber correctly....

I think the first info ,pic or whatever shit will appear not only from one magazine in particular,other media can receive the first info too as an exclusive.
