Every character will most likely just have one X-Ray. The number of fatalities hasn't been confirmed yet. If you can watch the stream in an hour, that would be a good time to ask the team themselves (assuming they're able to confirm any details, of course).

Raiden has two x-rays from what I have seen though...

He has an updated X-Ray, I'm guessing the first one that he had in the initial trailer was scrapped.

If you go back to early MK9 footage, you'll see that character X-Ray's like Sub-Zero, Mileena and Johnny Cage are almost completely different from what was in the final game. Raiden's X-Ray from his reveal might have just be a placeholder as his final might not have been finished at the time. I can't remember which interview, but I remember the interviewer asked Ed if there would be different X-Ray's/Fatalities for each variation and Ed said there wouldn't.

Scorpion had 6 slots under finishers when we saw a demo,im sure one will be his klassic toasty. Im guessing each will have 5 including stage fatalities n the other ality

I don't see how newcomers have classics so I don't think that will be in.
I also am not too sure about brutalities either.... So here is for hoping for some other laity that maybe was a joke. And taken a bit more serious. The X-ray reminds me too much of brutalities just because the damage they show.

X-Ray probably just one per character, but it seems that there will be different ways to pull them (for example, Sub-Zero can use his X-Ray either as a parry or as a charge).

About fatalities, we already know that Ermac has 2 different regular fatalities so we can assume each character will have 2, plus probably the "new ality" and stage/animalities.
