Baraka is an awesome character and is a highly liked fan-favorite. It was cool he was in Deception and was a great come-back for him. Another appearence by this viscious Tarkatan warrior would please me, but in all, here's what I really think what will happen to Baraka.

He was very involved in Deception's storyline. That is a good sign of returning. But unfortunately, of Onaga doesn't make a comeback in MK7, I don't think we'll be seeing much of him. Sure, he could go and work for someone else, but I don't think that's the greatest idea for him. If he does have a good storyline, I'd defenitely like to see him return. But if no Onaga, then I think there'll be no Baraka. Even if he does return, I can't see Onaga being very pleased with him. Mostly all his troops are diminished, and he killed Mileena, Onaga's only way into the good guy's business. Of course, if Onaga is low on allies (I think Tanya and Hotaru were killed) he'll keep him around for added security.
