I take it you're a huge fan of Sektor...Good For You!!

For the longest time the only cyborg I paid attention to was Smoke because he was Sub-zero's friend, was automated against his will, and still had traces of his soul. I thought that Cyrax and Sektor were just lackeys of the Lin Kuei who chased after Sub-zero. Mortal Kombat:TE proved me wrong.

In MK:TE, Sektor killed the Lin Kuei Grandmaster and tried to take the Dragon Medallion from Sub-zero. He was defeated. He went back to Japan to start his cyborg army called the Tekunin. I Hope This Happens!!

I wouldn't mind seeing Sektor and Noob-saibot teaming up to get rid of Sub-zero. He better not be Noob-saibot's next bitch, Smoke was enough!!! He can rule the Earthrealm, while Noob can rule the Netherrealm. I just don't want a repeat of what happened in MK:D with Shang Tsung and Quan chi. Add in the fact that they both were in the Lin Kuei could make it interesting. I do wonder whether or not Noob's true identity could have an effect in their partnership.

I see Sektor and Sub-zero being set up as enemies, if not rivals. They're kinda the flipside to a coin. They both were members of the Lin Kuei. Sektor willingly allowed himself to be automated, while Sub-zero ran away from it. Sektor wants to take over the Lin Kuei. Why? I'm not sure. Sub-zero wants to rebuild the Lin Kuei into a force of good. I hope they explore their rivalry to the fullest. I definately don't think they should kill off Sub-zero. Bad move...if you ask me . He has so much going for him right now.

In some threads, I've read that Sektor and Smoke are enemies/rivals. *What do you think?* I prefer Sektor and Sub-zero as rivals. I could see them meeting up again in the future through Noob-saibot and, possibly, Sub-zero. Smoke might break away from Noob-saibot which may lead to Noob and Sektor getting together. It could turn into Noob-saibot/Sektor vs. Sub-zero/Smoke.

*Do you think he should return in the next game with a member of his Tekunin army? If so, should it be a character we already know or someone brand new?*

I Have 2 Candidates:
1. Tremor- He was in Special Forces. I believe he was an ex-member of the Lin Kuei or a traitor. I'm not sure . He ended up working for Kano and the Black Dragon. He wore a brown ninja outfit. He could cause earthquakes or something to that effect. Perhaps he may hold a grudge against the Lin Kuei for some reason or another. If the character and story is good, maybe later a rivalry could spark between him and Smoke. I don't know if he died in the game or not. *What do you think?*

2. Frost- I could see them meeting in the future also. He finds out about Sub-zero's student and her failure to get the Dragon Medallion. They may have the same goals. She becomes a member of the Tekunin to get revenge on Sub-zero. *Personally, I don't want this to happen. I would like for her to meet Noob-saibot first. Besides, I don't think Frost would allow herself to be made into a mindless killing machine. I think the only way she becomes one is if she is kidnapped and made into one against her will just like Smoke.* This is mentioned in my post, "Frosts Potential."

QUESTION: How could Sub-zero get some closure by Sektor killing him?

my bad..i meant sektors closier....because subzero is really the only thing sektor has going..if somebody else killed sub...sektor would be a lost little boy in a big crowded building...nothing for story purpose.
.if he kills subzero..his story will have reason to ed either by him being killed by the cyborg frost he brings back after her whitnessing the death of subzero breaks her free of the controll...
that would be a fitting ending for him...i would go to sleep happy that he attained his goal...even if he died

In a way, I hope that Sektor and Noob's storylines lead them to having a huge cyborg war. That'd be interesting.

Well, Sektor13, I do see potential in Sektor and I would like to see him in MK7. However, I wouldn't really want to see him and Noob Saibot team up even though they share a common enemy. I also wouldn't want Sub-Zero to die, because he has a tremendous amount of potential. It seems to me that you didn't go back into reading some of the posts made in your thread regarding Sub-Zero so if you can find it, I suggest you read the posts I made there.

You seem to imply that since he's old, he's getting weak and will be dying, but I think that you're simply not looking at his storyline closely to have a real understanding of it. I don't feel like giving a thorough explanation now, but if you want me to explain it to you like I tried to do in your other thread, please says so here.

Anyway, I see Sektor being the Braniac of the MK series with having various clones of himself but not exactly in a Shao Kahn kind of way. He could be quite sneaky and use his Tekunin to bide time to enhance himself into a very powerful being.

Sektor's return would also bring a lot more out to Sub-Zero's storyline depending on certain circumstances such as Sub-Zero returning to Earthrealm or Sektor heading into Outworld.

I see Cyrax tying into Sektor's storyline as well. I'd picture some sort of conflict with Cyrax wanting to keep what humanity he has left while Sektor wants to rid himself of any and all traces of his former humanity.
