A female cyborg (female body form and mannerisms) that has Cyrax/Smoke/Sektor/Cyber Sub-Zero program data stored into her. The female cyborg could have taken the other cyborgs' data and then used it the way she sees fit, the same way Triborg uses the data of the other cyborgs how he sees fit. Yes the other cyborgs aren't male but it's only the data that Triborg is playing around with. It's not the actual characters Cyrax, Sektor, Smoke, Cyber Sub-Zero, just their data.... so the female cyborg could have done the same and played around with their data the way she sees fit.
