So, after Shaolin Monks, which should be the next MK action game?

I think it would be cool to play a game with the protagonist as Kenshi. think about it, you could start off the game in a small village in the hills of Japan, where you train in the art of the Japanese Sword. You're starting weapon could be just a regular, everyday Katana, One day your Master tells you he wants you to compete at a tournament in Tokyo. Kenshi travels to Tokyo to compete in a Kendo/Tameshigiri competition, where Shang Tsung watches in the audience. After the tournament, Tsung approaches Kenshi with an offer to retrieve an ancient and magic katana. When they reach thier destination, Kenshi discovers that this place is a tomb of his ancestors. Tsung knocks Kenshi out and steals the souls of his ancestors. Kenshi awakes without his sight, and stumbling around on the floor, he discovers his ancestors family sword. When he picks it up, it is almost as if he can see again ( kinda like DareDevil). When he leaves the tomb, he finds a portal at the entrance, so of course, he enters. He emerges in outworld, where he meets a powerful warrior, Ermac. Ermac makes an offer with Kenshi. If Kenshi can destroy the link that binds him to Shao Kahn, Ermac will teach him Telekenisis. So you have to do some quest to free Ermac, and when you do, you learn to use Telekenisis. During the game, you earn more and more telekenetic powers and cross paths with many MK characters. Although it will probably not happen, what do you think?wink

Wow, I really like youre idea...Kenshi has alot of potential storylines, including his encounters with the legendary Ermac and Shang Tsung.....They really should make an action game with kenshi, that would be a fantastic idea...thing is, I dont know if the MK team wants to go that route, just because the possibilities are so infinite...

This is just what I think, I don't think they could make one on Kenshi, sure he has a good storyline, but it wouldn't be long enough and I doubt they could, what they could do is make on like...

Mortal Kombat: Ninja Spectre

Where your Scorpion you go throught the death of his clan, tracking down sub-zero, finding out it's Quan chi, fighting the two onis. His story is long, and he's a very popular charactar, the MK team where very anxious, because Liu Kang, and Kung Lao weren't that popular. But they're the main charactars, so they have to make them popular. Now Scorpion is one of the most popular charactars...There also could be this..

Mortal Kombat: Lin Kuei Warriors

Where your Sub-zero and Frost! Yes frost, and you go throught the whole MK saga you know facing smoke, the automation of the Lin Kuei, Noob Sabiot. Reforming the Lin Kuei. And then for both added storylines.

I would like to see a whole new different side for these adventure games.

What I had in mind was; they make a new MK adventure game from a villains point of view. Kinda like playing the villains side of the story. Where you play as "The Deadly Alliance" and you basically fight out Saolin Monks, steal souls, and use Quan Chi's amulet to control the undefeated army.

The game would end after you and your army take over all the realms and Destroy the Earthrealm and all the good guys inside.

This idea is kinda like from the game "City of Villains" where you played with all the villains and such. I'd like to see a villain side to Mortal Kombat too. Including a v.s. mode where you can unlock Goro, Shao Kahn, Baraka, etc...
